CAREERS: The Next Generation - Jim Carter Indigenous Leader Award of Excellence

The James Carter Indigenous Leader Award recognizes an Indigenous-identifying individual connected to CAREERS whose outstanding efforts have made a significant impact on Indigenous youth and their communities. The recipient is a true leader who has gone above and beyond to:

Provide career exploration opportunities and reduce barriers for Indigenous youth,
Build genuine relationships and strengthen communities through respect, support, and trust, and
Advance Indigenous engagement throughout Alberta.
